<h3>About the Role</h3>
 iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis. Daily activities will be diverse, from setting up and maintaining software applications, to assisting clients with issues, special projects, sales calls, and helping with all the non-related tasks associated with building an innovative company. The role is a mix of finance and technology.
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools.</li>
<li>Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.</li>
<li>Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of all breaks, cancels, and corrects.</li>
<li>Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into system.</li>
<li>Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely statements and data entry.</li>
<li>Generate reports as needed.</li>
<li>Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.</li>
<li>Develop and strengthen client relationships via client on-boarding, client account setup, training, day-to-day support and issue management.</li>
<li>Maintain software maintenance, system setup and configuration which includes new client setup, new financial account and asset set-up and classification. This assists in data feed management, creating custom reports based on client-specific needs, liaise with the vendor partners for enhancements, and system data issues.</li>
<li>Work with the team to prioritize individual and communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications.</li>
<li>Establish operational effectiveness through the development, adoption of policies, procedures, and controls.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field</li>

Client Delivery Advocate - Analyst

About the Role 
iCapital is looking to hire an A/V Support Associate to join the Corporate Technology team. This role will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, peer technology groups, and third-party vendors to support the company’s rapidly growing corporate A/V footprint. This includes physical locations in the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, London, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong. 
The team is responsible for A/V design, implementation, live event support, service and maintenance as well as maintaining Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration software architecture working closely with all groups at iCapital to deliver a high touch experience. This role will report to the A/V Services Lead. 
Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Liaison assigned project installations and live events, coordinating project timelines, overall vendor coordination, and A/V needs with event stakeholders, as well as performing onsite pre-event kickoffs to ensure successful installations. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform both on-site and remote support on all A/V systems, conference room digital signage, and live event support across all offices, as well as Tier 1 level on-site A/V service and maintenance. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage corporate Microsoft Teams and Zoom accounts and backend administration. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with the iCapital Corporate Technology teams to ensure alignment in service operations and delivery of cross-functional collaboration solutions. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform quality checks on A/V equipment, vendor work, and maintain A/V documentation. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that the end user’s workplace experience is positive and modern.</li></ul>
Qualifications 
<ul><li>2-5 years of experience executing delivery project management on the service and maintenance of audio-visual integrated systems, installation, live events, digital signage, and equipment for conference rooms </li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of A/V collaboration technologies such as Neat, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech and BiAmp </li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with Zoom platform administration including Zoom Meeting, Phone, and Room </li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Teams, Room, and Equipment resources </li></ul>
<ul><li>Apple macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android experience are required </li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior business users and teams to deliver effective solutions </li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong process orientation, project management experience, problem-solving ability and strategic mindset </li></ul>

About the Role
iCapital is rolling out our new identity management platform focused on helping highly regulated financial institutions streamline their investor onboarding process including accreditation verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know Your Business (KYB). Our platform offers state-of-the-art solutions that help these institutions comply with regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and provide seamless, secure user experiences. With an emphasis on automation, security, and scalability, we’re driving innovation in the identity verification and compliance space.
This role is crucial in supporting our accreditation process, ensuring our products and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This idividual will work closely with the senior accreditation team, product managers, and engineers, aiding our clients to navigate relevant accreditation frameworks and certifications.
Primary responsibilities will include accredited investor onboarding and application review, customer support, document verification, and client communications. The position involves a significant amount of client interaction, document review, online database research and independent thinking.
Responsibilities

<li>Accredited Investor onboarding and application review:<ul><li>Review accreditation applications to confirm the applicant meets SEC accreditation verification requirements.</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Document verification:<ul><li>Follow internal guidelines to verify investor documentation is authentic, flagging any suspicious documentation and escalating to compliance for further review.</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Customer support and client communications:<ul><li>Work closely with users and partners to answer questions and resolve issues in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Authenticate identity documentation:<ul><li>Verify applicant identity and evaluate customer risk, communicating with applicants as needed.</li></ul>

Qualifications

<li>Previous experience collecting/reviewing proof of income documentation, proof of net worth documentation, legal agreements, government IDs and/or other official documents</li>
<li>Familiar with identity management platforms, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security protocols</li>
<li>Experience with audit software tools and reporting systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and 506(c) regulations is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with software tools such as Zendesk and Mixpanel is a plus</li>
