<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an exceptional Education Partner Manager to join the Global Partnerships team which sits within the larger Global Go-To-Market organization and works collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams both at a local and global level.</p>
<p>The position will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships, grow existing relationships and facilitating the deployment of such partnerships within the Education sector around North America. This will be done by using knowledge of payments technology and processes, customer insights, internal processes and excellent relationship skills to drive accelerated revenue and customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>The Education Partner Manager will work globally and cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to manage the implementation of integrated payment solutions to the education industry. The role is centered around creating value to our partners leveraging Convera’s technical, regulatory, compliance and cross border payment expertise. Having a desire to source new opportunities aligned to Convera’s Ideal partner Profile within our Target Addressable Markets is a must and the ability to negotiate at all levels and cross functionally is non-negotiable.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Source new leads of channel partnerships</li>
<li>Manage the funnel / pipeline of opportunities to ensure a fluid approach to business development</li>
<li>Best in class relationship and account management skills are a necessity to ensure that each channel partner is performing at its optimal level</li>
<li>An eye for detail will be essential as a data driven approach is required.</li>
<li>Commercial acumen in determining price points, business cases and opportunity sizing will ensure that our opportunities are appropriately prioritized.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Salesforce.com will be advantageous</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>5 years of experience in a Partner / Sales / Channel Sales role</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the education sector, specifically Universities, is critical</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to establish credibility and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in all parts of the business, including Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, HR, Indirect Sales, Support Services, Product Marketing, and Professional Services.</li>
<li>Excellent ability to manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders, excellent cross-functional teamwork</li>
<li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set, an enterprise mind-set</li>
<li>Excellent prioritization, organization, and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Growth minded with a track record of high performance within a culture of excellence</li>
<li>We are looking for an inspiring sales professional from the financial services industry with a proven track record in channel / enterprise sales, strong financial/commercial acumen, and deal negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A good working knowledge of global B2B payments, foreign exchange and FX derivatives is preferred</li>
<li>Experience in digital integration, working with API solutions and payment platforms is advantageous</li>

<li>Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that align with business goals for various industries within a defined segment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales enablement on materials that speak directly to the challenges and needs of customers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional and design teams/ agencies to define and execute event marketing activities </li>
<li>Create comprehensive marketing plans that encompass a mix of digital, traditional, and emerging marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand strategy. Take charge of end-to-end campaign execution, work within campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.</li>
<li>Identify and leverage the most suitable marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, events etc.) to engage our target audience effectively.</li>
<li>Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and marketing analysts to bring campaigns to life. Foster a collaborative environment, leveraging the expertise of team members to deliver integrated and impactful marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns. </li>
