<h1>Role Description</h1>
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join Figure Markets reporting to the Head of the Exchange. Your primary role will be the development of new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities. This position requires a hands-on Sales Associate professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience to help drive volume across the Exchange and our Stabelcoin (YLDS).
<h1>Responsibilities</h1>
<ul>
<li>Your primary role will be the development of new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities, this will be done through a variety of approved channels</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales funnels and pipelines.</li>
<li>Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Figure Market’s businesses: the Exchange, Stablecoin (YLDS), Loans, and Margin Trading.</li>
<li>Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure maximum service adoption.</li>
<li>Manage the handover of newly acquired clients with the Customer Success Team and monitor account openings and full progress.</li>
<li>Advocate for clients by providing insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.</li>
<li>Responsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close. </li>
<li>Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of Figure Markets’ products and how they meet the needs of a specific client.</li>
<li>Must be a self starter.</li>
</ul>
<h1>Skills and Experience </h1>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>4+ years of hands-on experience in Cryptocurrency sales roles focusing on trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure. </li>
<li>Have a hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, and resilient follow-up.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience cultivating client relationships over in person and the phone, developing long-term relationships.</li>
<li>Effectively interact with others in a pleasant, professional manner.</li>
<li>Strong client relationship building experience</li>
<li>Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency; crypto experience professionally or personally is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment.</li>

Senior Associate, Business Development

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, BSA/AML professional to serve as the BSA/AML specialist for Figure Markets’s US and potentially foreign jurisdictions which includes oversight over several entities, such as a registered MSB, a licensed broker dealer and an investment advisor. As the BSA/AML Compliance Officer you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining Figure Markets’ US BSA/AML Program to ensure the company complies with BSA, AML, and OFAC regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Assist with documentation of risk reporting procedures and ensure in line with models and methodology documentation</li>
<li>Assist in the daily risk reporting and monitoring of the markets and measuring the risk exposure of user portfolios</li>
<li>Proactively identify, report and ensure transparency of risks, and immediate escalation of material issues to risk managers</li>
<li>Analyze market microstructure on crypto derivative markets, periodically review and calibrate risk models according to market conditions</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with regulation and perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis, independent testing, automating the monitoring and challenging of data and models.</li>
<li>Monitor the development of crypto exchange industry and identify industry trends and risks for further business development</li>
<li>Conducting investigations into potential Exchange rule violations, performing various compliance-related audits and monitoring, and handling other compliance-related functions </li>
<li>Conduct compliance ad-hoc monitoring for potential rule violations or concerning activities related to trading activity, money laundering and fraud;</li>
<li>Routinely communicate with market participants regarding compliance-related functions and investigative responsibilities;</li>
<li>Communicate compliance analysis and findings to department management, staff, and other business members</li>
<li>Assesses the organization’s cryptocurrency activities to identify any potential areas of non-compliance, and makes sure that all related procedures and controls are properly implemented</li>
<li>Assist in the implementation and documentation of standard operational processes related to new product listing, product parameters and model parameters calibration</li>
</ul>
What We Look For
<ul>
<li>Deep knowledge of global regulations and mandates pertaining to cryptocurrency and other digital assets</li>
<li>3+ years experience with various cryptocurrency exchange platforms and their risk management protocols.</li>
<li>Familiarity with blockchain technology, from its underlying concepts to its architecture and protocols.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience coordinating money transmitter licenses with states.</li>
<li>2+ years experience coordinating regulatory approvals with FINRA, SEC, CFTC or NFA.</li>
<li>FINRA Series 7/24 a plus but not required. </li>
<li>Knowledge of global AML/CTF and Sanctions risks and regulations (e.g., BSA, FinCEN CDD Rule, Sanctions, USA PATRIOT Act, 4MLD, etc.).</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the innate ability to work unsupervised in a structured manner.</li>
<li>Easily able to develop, foster and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.</li>

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate with a strong knowledge of trading platforms to be our first line of support for a wide range of clients and investors for all things Figure Markets. This role will sit in the heart of the action: providing product, technical, and educational support along with working cross functionally with Risk Management, Engineers, People Operations, Accounting, and more.
Your effective communication, task-driven problem solving, and attention to detail will contribute to key outcomes that secure existing business initiatives, drive brand engagement, and ensure customer success. You will keep Figure Markets accountable to its customers by troubleshooting problems and providing solutions with knowledge and empathy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
