Who are we looking for?
At Vestwell, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our range of financial wellness products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales methodology and excels at:
- Engaging new clients through high volume calls and call cadences - Driving qualification, urgency and intent - Creating effective sales meetings for sales closers that optimize prospect conversion
The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. 
SDRs at Vestwell have the potential for promotion into a closing role within 6-12 months, contingent on their performance and quota attainment.
What will you be doing?
<ul>
<li>Represent the company’s products and services & deliver Vestwell’s value proposition to new prospects, including both financial advisors and business owners. </li>
<li>Qualify prospects, build intent & generate new meetings for sales through outbound calling. </li>
<li>Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales leaders in next steps.</li>
<li>Own your personal growth and development as a Vestwell sales representative by learning the financial services industry, Vestwell’s range of financial wellness solutions, and the mechanics of a modern sales process. </li>
<li>Utilize Salesforce to manage lead lists</li>
<li>Understand Vestwell partnerships</li>
<li>Understand the products and services Vestwell offers</li>
<li>Master talk tracks and ability to qualify prospects </li>
<li>Utilize Salesloft to make outbound calls focused on generating new sales opportunities </li>
<li>Set up meetings for prospects with field sales representatives</li>
<li>Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results</li>
</ul>
Requirements 
The Necessities
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills via phone and email</li>
<li>Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Displays self-motivation for sales coaching and development</li>
<li>Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization</li>
</ul>
The Extras
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience</li>
<li>Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving & exceeding sales quotas</li>
<li>Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, or other CRM software</li>
<li>Financial services &/or small business sales experience </li>
</ul>
The expected salary range for this position is $55K - $60K, plus variable. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are on the hunt for an experienced financial services sales representative to help us set the standards for identifying and converting new business at Vestwell through financial advisors. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by owning and managing full sales cycle in your assigned territory to promote Vestwell’s growth in the financial advisor marketplace.
A comfort level with smart business development activity including frequent phone calls and emails, value proposition formatting and positioning, working with channel partners, perfecting constituent databases, qualifying prospects, and closing sales is a must. This role will report directly to the Director, Internal Sales & Strategy, and will partner cross-functionally across Vestwell teams.
As an ideal candidate, you have experience in a new business development role in a high-growth environment and have experience building, maintaining, and executing a sales pipeline. You’re exceptional at managing multiple competing priorities and adapting to a flexible and fast-paced environment. We’re a growth stage startup after all. Last, but certainly not least, you’re driven by a fresh perspective and entrepreneurial spirit.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You will be the main driver for converting organic and sourced leads into plan sales within your sales region. That’s just the base-line. Day to day you will also be expected to:
<ul>
<li>Initiate and develop a healthy lead prospecting practice and lead to contact conversion rate.</li>
<li>Create consistency in lead gen, growing and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive pipeline in your territory. </li>
<li>Develop repeat regional relationships with new financial advisor prospects.</li>
<li>Maintain a robust retirement plan sales pipeline in your region. </li>
<li>Convert plan opportunities into closed won opportunities through a repeatable, scalable process. </li>
<li>Practice a proven and successful sales methodology (MEDDPICC). </li>
<li>Successfully hit KPIs month over month; inclusive of but not limited to successfully meeting your quota and hitting your key performance indicator metrics MoM.</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with the regional RVPs to support repeat advisors, small market solutions in the territory, etc. </li>
<li>Support the regional RVP on any prospecting needs.</li>
</ul>
YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE: 
The Necessities:
<ul>
<li>1+ years in a B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, payroll, or a similar industry</li>
<li>Ability to carry a plan sale over the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (Rep of the year, Quota club, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a top-notch selling environment and process.</li>
<li>A hunter with a proven track record of forecasting, and executing new sales through a repeatable and scalable sales process and pipeline.</li>
<li>Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment. </li>
<li>Good knowledge of Salesforce, comfort level with other Sales technology</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.</li>
<li>Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs, and tackle new challenges daily!</li>
</ul>

This role will be based in our New York City HQ, or Austin, TX, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation. 
The expected base salary range for this position is $60K - $65K, plus a variable OTE & uncapped commission. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as an Employer Services Coordinator. Successful candidates will be responsible for working directly with our Plan Sponsors by answering incoming emails and calls, utilizing company policies to solve client issues, and escalating challenges to the managerial team when necessary.

As a Client Success Coordinator at Vestwell, you are a dynamic individual who will work cross-functionally across teams in order to communicate and facilitate resolutions for any client satisfaction issues. Those who work tirelessly through the lens of hospitality and customer service jump to the front of the line.
What will you be doing?
Day-to-day you will be expected to:

<li>Assist with a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors to ensure their servicing needs are being met and assist with administration issues.</li>
<li>Help manage client expectations to avoid any disconnects with process and timing standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate across all internal teams in order to resolve any client issues and be the voice between our internal teams and our client to manage resolution, feedback, and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve one-touch tickets at point of initial contact by utilizing available online tools.</li>
<li>Share data-driven insights with our product teams to improve our platform and planning roadmap.</li>
<li>Participate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan status and updates on remediation of any client issues.</li>
<li>Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for inbound inquiries. </li>
<li>Conducting appropriate and timely follow up to ensure the highest level of service. </li>
<li>Communicating in a relatable, humanized way to promote trust and allegiance.</li>
<li>Creating tickets and providing follow-up as required.</li>
<li>Adhering to client-facing and internal Service Level requirements.</li>
<li>Support the team with handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions, and escalating to our Legal and Compliance Team when needed.</li>
<li>Posting interaction within our tooling to document updates to client accounts.</li>
