Summer Program Overview
Our summer clerkship program focuses on research and writing, which includes conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, proofreading, and verifying fact and legal citations. You will also work one-on-one with partners and associates to discover the workings of intellectual property litigation and become a more creative and strategic thinker. There will be opportunities to assist with depositions and attend court hearings. The program is designed to give you an experience very similar to that of a first-year associate.
