TOP-TIER COMPENSATION
We are committed to paying at – and above – the Cravath scale for those who meet our reasonable threshold of 2,000 hours. We use an individual merit-based system endorsed by our Associates’ Committee and Firm leadership to provide substantial incremental bonuses for those who go above and beyond in hours expectations and performance. In 2024, 67% of our associates earned above Cravath's bonus scale and the top performers received bonuses $100,000 above market.
Bonus eligible hours include billable client hours, Firm-as- client hours, up to 100 pro bono hours, up to 75 professional development hours, up to 25 mindfulness/wellness hours and up to 25 justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion hours.
