The majority of people in the office came to me and introduced themselves and their roles, not vice versa. Everyone was super accommodating in terms of personal life and work/life balance needs and the firm hosted a ton of fun events (including out-of-state orientation training) for the interns to get to know each other and bond with other members at the firm.”

- “The hiring process was thorough. An introduction interview followed by two in-person interviews with a partner and manager. I heard back within a week after interviewing. The interviews were not technical, which makes sense for the intern role. GT's applicant standards were in-line with what I would expect from a T-10 firm. You must be smart and capable for the job.”
