Intern Reviews

  • “Sensiba has a company culture of kindness and communication. I was impressed by the support I felt while interning there.”
  • “Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at Sensiba was nice and understanding. I was able to reach out with questions and receive timely responses. I was required to keep my hours between 20-30 throughout the week. The remote option was really great for training on Monday. Sensiba made sure the workload was manageable for the hour limit we had every week.”
  • “Great culture, flexible hours, engaging community, and over supportive cast throughout the entire journey!”
  • “The culture was so welcoming and amazing. I also loved having Fridays off, which made me feel like I still had my summer to enjoy!”

Getting Hired Here

  • “Every person I had an interview with was really nice and cared for the firm and its success. The interviews were less technical but more how well you would fit in their culture.”

  • “The hiring process was fairly simple, and I enjoyed working with their team. Unfortunately, I was not notified prior to a phone interview and was unprepared. Additionally, I was given the wrong location for the interview and had to walk for several minutes to find it.”
  • “The hiring process was very good. I would say better than any other job I applied for. I initially met the recruiter from my school, and they reached out from there for an interview. The person who interviewed me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. When that went well, I filled out the official application to submit the required documentation in order to be hired.”
