Intern Reviews

  • “I’d describe the culture at Wipfli as very upbeat, encouraging, and fun. The work-life balance is also really great. As an intern, I was able to take on more of a hybrid schedule that fits my life. As long as my work was done efficiently and effectively, I could work in the office or from home.”
  • “Associates of all levels are interested in connecting with everyone, even the interns, and are happy to help/answer questions along the way. There is great flexibility, and I really felt I was able to experience everything I specifically hoped to.”
  • “The firm culture was relaxed and very friendly toward new incomers.”
  • “I thought the work-life balance was very good, and the firm had a very understanding culture. I had an emergency where I was unable to work for a few days during my internship, and my manager was very understanding. I was able to take the time I needed without getting in trouble or losing out on opportunities.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “The interviewers and recruiters were very nice. I had a phone screening call with a recruiter. After that, I was sent for an interview with someone at the office where I would be working. I did that interview via Microsoft Teams and had a great experience. I did not feel intimidated, and the interviewer was great. After that interview, the recruiter reached out to me with the verdict.”
  • “The interview/screening process was very clear and concise; I was not left in limbo as there was constant communication regarding the next steps and ultimate hiring decision.”
  • “Everyone was super nice and encouraging. I also really appreciated that Wipfli assigns two individuals, a performance coach and peer advisor, to help you throughout your journey. Before my start date, I met with my peer advisor for an in-office tour and a lunch with multiple Wipfli employees. I also got the chance to meet with my performance coach online. I thought this was great because it eased my nerves, and it made me more comfortable and excited to begin my internship.”
  • “The interviews were not difficult. Also, the interactions with the interviewers were very pleasant.”
