Intern Reviews
- “The people at DC Advisory make the firm. I enjoy coming into work every day since I know I will learn something new and get to work with friendly co-workers who are willingly to teach and assist in whatever ways they can. The hours are long, but the day flies by.”
- “Very fair for investment banking. Generally had no work on weekends and I felt like I was stimulated throughout the week, but never overkill.”

- “Work/life balance is well respected. Most people work from home on Fridays and the weekends. There is no expectation to stay in the office late into the night and most people leave around 6 pm to continue working from home. Saturdays are usually off, but this is team-dependent, and you may have to work long hours on the weekends depending on the pitch or deal you are on. Overall culture of the floor is collegiate and fun, and people give you the freedom to work where you want as long as you show that you are competent and reliable.”
- “Minimal free time, long work hours; coworkers are respectful.”
