The company overall has a long-lasting culture with senior employees with many years of experience and provides a friendly, open work environment. I was required to work 40 hours per week and receive flexibility to adjust the workload should I need to take some days off.”
  • “Great culture! They really care about their employees and it’s a beautiful office to work in.”
  • “The company culture at Bean is amazing! Everyone has a great work-life balance, and people know that everyone likes to get outside and do things. There are pickup sports like soccer and basketball during lunch time at HQ and an amazing full fitness center as well that many use.”

Getting Hired Here

I started with a virtual 30-minute meeting with an HR representative and got the next 30-minute meeting with the team scheduled for a week after. The team was mainly looking for college students with a learning attitude and a willingness to learn about the team and the company.”
  • “I had very positive interactions with all of my interviewers, and I truly appreciated that the process was not unnecessarily long.”
