Most of the company’s products are leather goods, but they run the gamut from bags to shoes to wallets and anything in between. Intern Reviews
- “The company culture was amazing- everyone was so friendly and supportive when I reached out to set up chats. The hours I worked were standard and I was never expected to stay later. There was a huge emphasis on work life balance at Tapestry. ”
- “The culture of this company is nothing like I have seen before. They value you as a person and everyone there is just always willing to help. You can tell all the employees are friends just as much as they are employees. That being said, the culture also pushes you to go beyond what you think you are capable [of]. Never was I expected to work overtime, but I wanted to be able to get my product to the level that I wanted it to be. Everyone around me was always striving for success that it pushed me to do the same.”
- “It was very helpful and supportive to my career development, I would describe the culture as fun and exciting while very professional. I was required to work full-time; however, the work/life balance was very feasible especially with the hybrid schedule.”
- “Great work/life balance, people were super nice and love to talk to interns, everyone was welcoming and supportive.”
Getting Hired Here
- “My interview felt very fair. My hiring manager was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. I received my offer very quickly after my interview, which was nice. ”
- “I had a hirevue and one interview with my managers. It was a pretty smooth process.”
- “I believe I had 3 interviews, and none were very difficult. The program itself was very selective. I believe 8,000 interns applied and we only had about 50. ”
- “Everyone was very kind, easy to reach, and clear during the recruiting and interviewing process.”
