Intern Reviews
- “I was expected to work 40 hours a week, five days a week. We were given time off when needed, and they worked around our schedules to fit that. Everyone we worked with was absolutely amazing and great to learn under. They have a family value, which was clearly represented in our day-to-day.”
- “Love the culture at SGWS; they care about their people. I think more specifically for the department I am a part of, the work/life balance is not the greatest.”
- “Everyone was incredibly friendly and wanted to be as helpful as possible. Deadlines were realistic and manageable. We were only allowed to work 8 hours a day and could not do overtime, which I was actually frustrated with as sometimes I needed/wanted to work overtime. But I understand why they did it, as they want their interns to enjoy their experience rather than be stressed the entire time.”
- “Everyone is very nice and open to me asking questions. I love the work-life balance because I do not need to keep working once I leave the office.”
Getting Hired Here
- “I had 3 interviews, 2 with early careers recruitment and 1 with my current manager. The first few interviews were screening and general interest/skill questions to see if the candidate would suit the job. The final interview with my manager was the typical personality/character questions as well as one or two technical questions since my position deals with a lot of data analysis and presentations.”
- “The hiring process was very simple and enjoyable for me.”
- “Hiring process was very straightforward. I did not have a lot of experience in my field of study outside of school, but in my interview, I explained how I am an open and curious person, and they hired me!”
- “I had two calls with the recruitment team at our headquarters in Florida before my big interview with the managers in Colorado. Then, another follow-up call from Florida to offer me the job. The interviewing process went smoothly, and they worked with my availability to schedule.”
