Getting Hired Here
- “It was seamless and just involved in-depth conversation with a few individuals.”
- “I had multiple rounds of interviews. It started with meeting talent recruiters and getting to know them and them meeting me. It was a smooth process, and the recruiters kept in contact with me this whole time.”
- “The first interview was just going over my resume and what made me interested in actuarial science. The second interview felt more like a conversation, and like they wanted to give an offer and did; the process was very simple.”
- “I was told the interview process was extremely competitive. I was interviewed by multiple managers both over the phone and virtual face-to-face. The interviews were professional and provided a ton of insight into expectations and what it is like to work at Lincoln.”
