Intern Reviews

  • “A normal work week was 40 hours a week. I would describe the firm culture and environment as busy and fun. I say that because it seemed like I was learning something new every day, which I found very fulfilling. The company also had all kinds of fun events, such as free tickets to a Greenville Drive baseball game or a bowling session to celebrate finishing our intern projects. The work-life balance, in my opinion, was perfect. I never felt overwhelmed nor bored.”
  • “The culture at ScanSource is unlike anything I have experienced; everyone truly cares for you there. They care about helping you, and it creates such a productive, dynamic environment.”
  • “Everyone has been very welcoming and kind. Work hours are fairly flexible, and they are always willing to work with you to make it work.”
  • “I worked 40 hours every week and worked with incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable people.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “The hiring process was very put together and included a phone screening and two interviews.”
  • “The hiring process was really well done. It's a phone interview then two more Microsoft Teams interviews after that.”
  • “I felt very comfortable in the interview process. The managers and teams who interviewed me were straightforward, easy to talk to, and kind. I heard back in a timely manner compared to other companies that I received offers from.”
