Intern Reviews
- “Everyone at the company is incredibly kind and encouraging of curiosity and new ideas. I worked full-time (40 hours/week). There was no pressure to work overtime or after-hours, and everyone encouraged a good work-life balance.”
- “Open and friendly work environment. Everyone is willing to lend a hand. Excellent work/life balance, with flexible working hours. Lots of investments into the interns through workshops, mentoring, and visits”
- “I worked 9-5 every day but only had to come in person twice a week. It is a great work schedule that allows for a good work-life balance.”
- “Culture is very chill, and hours are flexible; as long as you are doing your work and staying on top of everything, there is nothing to worry about. I haven't really been stressed or overwhelmed by anything, so my work-life balance is great.”
Getting Hired Here
- “I was scouted by an Equinix recruiter, had one screening phone call with the recruiter and one interview with my hiring manager, and then got an internship offer within five days of the interview. The interview itself felt like I was having a conversation to understand what my strengths and abilities were rather than being quizzed or judged—it was very friendly and conversational.”
- “Clear explanation of the process. High standards for the interviewees and difficult preparatory tasks for the final interview round. But good communication and additional support were offered. Fasted replies from HR”
- “Two-step process, phone call, and final round. I thought the interview process was great as I didn't have to do so many rounds to be considered. It was a bit different than other interviews due to the fact that I presented a business case that I worked on after the phone interview for the final round. I was then asked some questions for the interviewers to have a better understanding of who I was.”
