Intern Reviews
- “Coty culture was one that fosters easy access to collaboration and innovation. The overall environment was inclusive and supportive. Regarding work hours, we were generally required to work an 8-hour shift Mon-Fri. However, the company offered flexible hours, which allowed us to adjust our schedules to fit personal commitments. This extended to the option of working from home if needed, which was a significant perk that contributed to a healthy work/life balance.”
- “A really positive environment. I was working together with people [where] you could really tell they loved what they [were] doing.”
- “There is definitely a strong work/life balance at Coty, as we work in a hybrid environment. When in office, interns were spread out amongst their teams, which made it difficult for us to assimilate and mingle with one another at the beginning. Over time, we made stronger efforts to spend time together when we were able to. We worked a full 40-hour week 9-5, but did have paid holidays and Summer Friday options as well.”
- “Had a great work/life balance. The company culture was inclusive and welcoming. Very optimistic environment with personal growth and learning encouraged.”
Getting Hired Here
- “I enjoyed getting to know the company employees during the interview process. They were very welcoming and comfortable to talk to.”
- “The interviews went very smoothly. The interviewers were very nice and did ask some challenging questions but not that bad at all. The process was very quick and fast.”
- “The interview questions were difficult enough to make me think about who I am and how I would fit into my team, but not unnecessarily difficult.”
- “Only 3 interviews. Got the job offer about a month later. The interviews weren't hard and very laid back, which made me more comfortable.”
